The Harborage at Ashley Marina is a large, professionally managed marina capable of accommodating vessels up to 150 feet in length. The marina consists of approximately 230 newly renovated wet slips and is located in historic downtown Charleston. Among Ashley Marina's amenities is a courtesy shuttle to take transients to and from many of downtown Charleston's most popular attractions.

Since being converted, the marina has gone through many positive changes. All of the docks have been renovated with Ipe, electrical service has been upgraded to provide both 30 & 50 amp service to all slips in the marina, and the transient dock has 100 amp single and three phase electric available. The dock house has been completely rebuilt and is now a beautiful building for owners and tenants to enjoy while also serving as a headquarters for the dockmaster and dockhands. The entire high-ground has seen a remarkable upgrade, which includes first-class bathroom and shower facilities, a refinished parking lot, and new landscaping to add to the aesthetics of the marina.
